Somewhat at Odds

I am still somewhat at odds in trying to read Spurgeon. How can someone be so right on in one article and so off in a devotion?

I personally have seen way too much skipping out on families to ever consider family provision as an "idol". It is sort of like the JW's that came knocking on my door and tried to tell me the jewlry cross I was wearing was an "idol".

I told them hey man...it is just a piece of metal.

What is wrong with all these weird people?
