God Has Judged Who Killed Jesus

Monday, June 19, 2006
God has already judged who killed Jesus.

Men can twist it, and turn it, cause occassion for for stumbling all over the internet and even world while claiming to uphold scripture.

Mar 9:31(ISV) for he was teaching his disciples and saying to them, "The Son of Man will be betrayed into human hands. They will kill him, but after being dead for three days he will be raised."

And while it all wants to appeal to the flesh to feel a bit sorry for the shape of mankind, there is a joy unspeakable that our Lord's prophecy is coming to pass even as we type and speak and read and hear. It will be used for good...eventually.

Praise God!

At Liberty

Saturday, June 17, 2006
It is a bit frightening when men who claim to be ministers begin to
take liberty to add to scripture.

While we in Christ are at liberty, we also realize that true liberty
comes from not only God's mercy but also His judgement. True liberty
comes from scripture in tact and not scattered all over the floor.

There is something in the middle of this blog cyberhole right now
that is very much adding to scripture.

These men call themselves ministers of the "gospel". These men
are also claiming, "God killed Jesus."

Nowhere do any of the apostles take such "liberty".
Christ Himself did not take such "liberty".

In an attempt to explain "God's plan", they are also seeming to explain
away God's judgement.

God's mercy is truly behind Christ's cross when one repents
and believes as it was also for those who crucified Him through
ignorance.

1Co 2:8

(ISV) None of the rulers of this world understood it,
for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory.

Without the judgement of men's doings in the matter, how does one
even come to the issue of mercy?

I would advise anyone coming across such statements as
" God killed Jesus ", to leave the auditorium if repentance
is not seem immediately.

It will either bring about repentance or fuel for the fire.

You don't want to get caught in the fire.

Who Killed Jesus?

Who killed Jesus?

Lets ask the Lord.
Mar 9:31

(ISV)
for he was teaching his disciples and saying to them, "The Son of Man will be betrayed into human hands. They will kill him, but after being dead for three days he will be raised."

Lets ask the apostles.
Act 2:23

(ISV)
This very man, after he was arrested according to the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men.

On what head is the blood of the prophets?

Luk 11:49 Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:
Luk 11:50 That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;
Luk 11:51 From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

I would never wish to twist any of that.

What God does is forever. Don't fear those that kill the body.

(KJVA) And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Jesus is alive forevermore.

Praise God!

Bible In A Year Reading

Friday, June 16, 2006
Today's reading-
1 Kings 15:25-17:24
Acts 10:24-48
Psalms 134:1-3
Proverbs 17:9-11

The reading I enjoyed the most is-
Pro 17:9 He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.
Pro 17:10 A reproof entereth more into a wise man than an hundred stripes into a fool.
Pro 17:11 An evil man seeketh only rebellion: therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him.

Now what I am wondering. Is there a difference in transgression and abomination? I would think maybe so.

Bible In A Year Reading

Thursday, June 15, 2006

Today's Bible in a year reading is-
1 Kings 14:1 - 15:24
Acts 10:1-23
Psalms 133:1-3
Proverbs 17:7-8
The part of todays reading I enjoyed the most was-

Psa 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
Psa 133:2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
Psa 133:3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
As I read the above I realize what a blessing from God unity is. In my own life , dealing with my aunt and her condition, I think of how difficult that would be for me if my husband was not in unity with me in the task.
A group in unity is a group where God has commanded blessings and life.

Pleasing Evildoers

Sunday, June 11, 2006
(KJV) But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

You really can not please evildoers. You ,for righteousness sake, leave the presence of authority that wishes you gone, are then called evil for leaving.

We are not to be troubled by their terror however.

It is a bit agitating when one that has faced death, all the while praying God's will, comes across those that would try and condemn you for not spelling trinity with a capital T.

But even if you did such spelling they would just search out something else.

All the prophets suffered such. Paul was one that suffered so much for trying to do right.

It is often councils that the apostles suffered such from.

(KJV) And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.

Just praise God that through Christ you are worthy!

Sincere Love

Friday, June 09, 2006
1Pe 1:22 Now that you have obeyed the truth and have purified your souls to love your brothers sincerely, you must love one another intensely and with a pure heart.

When they abuse you, refuse to speak to you, try and manipulate you, even doubt the Lord's work in your life. They hate you and separate you from among the congregation.

Rejoyce and just leave. Give the abusers what they wish.

They then will try and condemn your leaving.

All the while let them know of their abuses. Do not fein love for abuse. The Lord took enough abuse for the both of you.

Pray for the abusers. The Lord knows all hearts.

For His Name Sake

Thursday, June 08, 2006
Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old. Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.Psalm 25:6,7 (KJV)

It is for His mighty name sake. I love that because His name is so awesome!

Of course His mercies come about with judgement. You can't have mercy without judgement. It wouldn't or couldn't be mercy (in this world) without judgement.

Edify in Love

Wednesday, June 07, 2006
Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
Eph 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
Eph 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,

Argument

Tuesday, June 06, 2006
I hate to argue with scripture but...

I honestly don't believe that I chose life. I believe that life chose me.

Thank you Lord!

Choose Life

This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.
Deuteronomy 30:19 (NIV)

I can say with all thanksgiving that we are blessed!

Praise God!

The ground was cursed when Adam chose to listen to Eve.

Gen 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Our home looks much like blessing to the point of many envious. The grounds are lush and wildlife abounds here. My husband and I love to garden there is no sorrow in that.

I can honestly say my child is a blessing and my husband does not rule over me but we are one in Christ.

Gen 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Did I choose blessing over the curse? I don't remember doing it.

I do remember the Lord saving me and life was a lot harder before and during my salvation. A lot of evil and iniquity had to be put away and much just left on its own.

Did I choose that? I don't remember.

Thank you Lord!

Without Wrath and Doubting

Monday, June 05, 2006
1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
1Ti 2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
1Ti 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
1Ti 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
1Ti 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
1Ti 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
1Ti 2:8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

I will not believe the things I view with my eyes.
I will simply believe God's Word and say....AMEN!

Saint vs Sinner, Citizen vs Foreigner

(KJV) Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

It is so awesome that the apostles all understood and were not afraid to call the Lord's saved saints.

What power is there in a blood you could not be confident in to cleanse? Why would the saved still be called sinners?

It is the Lord's precious blood that is in question when a pastor still calls His saints sinners.

Maybe they just have not experienced the power of the blood?

Power in the Name

Sunday, June 04, 2006
Copeland was about the power in the name of Jesus and how demons had to flee. Devils can't even stand to be around a child of God.

All I could say was Amen!
