Abiding in Wrath

John 3:36 ?He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.


I can not phantom abiding in God's wrath.

Revelation 14:9 ?And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 ?The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Revelation 14:11 ?And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12 ?Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
13 ?¶And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.


Fire and brimstone. Torment is forever. No rest day nor night.

Romans 1:16 ?¶For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 ?For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 ?For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;


Holding God's truth in unrighteousness.

The gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation.

How powerful and mighty and praise to your name Lord! The power of God!
